Anyone have Quick tach pallet forks for a JD 440 FEL, I'm trying to find out if they are available aftermarket. Is JD the only place I can get them. I don't lift much and was hoping to get a set without taking out a loan..hahaha..thanks

I have some forks for a 440 loader made by W.R. Long Company. Carver's Equipment carries Long. I really like mine. I don't recall what I paid for them, but they were cheaper than Deere. ....

A company by the name of ATI builds a quick tach system that letts you use skid teer type attachments on the front of loaders and they do make them for all makes of tractors and loaders. ....

Horst Welding of Listowel, Ontario makes a set of pallet forks that mate with the JD quick attachment set up. Tel # is 519.291.4162. They have US distributors--got mine through my JD dealer. Cost about 60% of what Deere charges for its forks. Quite pleased with mine. ....
